very clever of you to twist it. I've always wanted to throw a spear, but they are super heavy and I'm sure I'd NOT hitting my target.

Happy MM!

Bwahahahahahaha! Good one! Like Boxer, I'd have to question my ability to effectively use one. I much prefer the speed and efficiency of a firearm. Happy MM!

OH! I love your take on this MM theme! So clever you are! I recently discovered my natural talent for throwing spear and hatchet! The husband is of Native American descent and he and I, along with some friends went to this outdoorsy show about how the Indians used to live and hunt,, etc…

There was a where you could try to throw the hatchet and hit the bulls eye. We must have stood in line forever. You got 3 hatchets to throw. Of all the people in front of us, there was 1 dude who got 1 hatchet to stick, and not in the bulls eye. My husband couldn’t, our friends couldn’t. But not me!!! I got all 3 to stick in the bull’s eye!

The spear game you threw across a creek into a target attached to some hay bale. This was difficult. It is a lot harder than it looks. I got the spear to stick in the hay bale, but not the target. But I was the only one. I gloated the rest of the day.

Next thing you know you'll be taking scalps. Nice story - one I'm sure your husband hears often.

Of course the first spear thrower photo looks like an Australian aborigine. Been around for 40,000 years, they are ancient people.
