BTW, I figured out the water to orzo ratio. Six ounces orzo to four cups water, in a non-stick skillet, stirring the entire time. Came out perfectly. I also used goat cheese.
Fishy Au contraire, we try to schedule for Thursdays but a lot of times it shifts to Fridays because of someone else's schedule - not mine. And it's a neighborhood swim club that "recruits" volunteer labor. I always have tools and am usually fixing something in between beers.
